James (JJ) Johnson

James (JJ) Johnson is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of superior accomplishment spanning more than 30 years. For more than 20 years preceding Arjuna, he served in various profit center and senior sales management positions with Williams Telecommunications and its predecessor company Centel.

He has been consistently recognized for his ability in delivering high integrity and quality win/win transactions exceeding expectation. During the 10 years prior to forming Arjuna, Mr. Johnson served in a Global Accounts capacity working with numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Johnson’s vision is for Arjuna to provide "best in class" attention to client service, market and industry trends, proven processes and methods, and thorough buy/sell campaigns. He brings a unique blend of knowledge and experience, augmented by a broad community of interest within the telecom and technology related arenas. One of Mr. Johnson’s particular fortes is bringing the right people and the right opportunities together.

Mr. Johnson was educated at Texas Bible College, University of Houston and Central Missouri State University. He has been a visiting lecturer at the University of Missouri, Central Missouri State University and Northeast Missouri State University and has served on the Executive Board of the National Safety Council.


Thomas L. Swiers, C.P.A.

Thomas L. Swiers is an accomplished M&A professional, entrepreneur, business owner and turnaround professional with significant experience in acquiring and operating for his own account, manufacturing companies in industries as diverse as infant clothing, machined components for fluid power and nuclear aerospace applications.

During the period 1992 through 1997, Mr. Swiers, acting through his turnaround and crisis management firm, was engaged by numerous companies in extreme financial difficulty, where he assumed operational control, quickly assessed the nature of the problems, and developed and implemented turnaround campaigns.

Mr. Swiers acquired, financed and operated three companies between 1985 and 1992. Functioning as President and CEO, he was involved with all aspects of business operations. He has experience operating in several Caribbean and Central American countries.

As a Partner with KMPG Peat Marwick and a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen & Co., two of the largest international accounting and consulting firms, Swiers specialized in providing a broad range of services to privately held middle market companies. He also held senior financial officer positions with two sporting goods manufacturing companies and a NYSE listed defense contractor.

Mr. Swiers holds a B.S. in accounting from San Diego State University.


Roger J. Consolla, CPCU

Roger Consolla is a successful property and casualty company insurance executive, with over thirty years of experience involving commercial insurance, reinsurance, and excess and surplus line insurance. While at multi-national insurance companies which include Fireman’s Fund, Prudential, Crum & Forster, The Home and Kemper, he managed multi-million dollar budgets, large and small staffs, product development operations, and bridged technological changes into an old-line industry. He has been especially skilled at directing change improvement and at increasing profitable revenues, while enhancing quality and productivity.

Considered an innovator and pioneer within his insurance working groups, he opened a new west coast territory for Prudential Reinsurance where he developed marketing schemes, response initiatives, and operational guidelines. In addition, he created two Prudential Re subsidiaries, including responsibility for state-by-state licensing, market and product development, and staffing and procedures for a Home Office and two full service offices.

While at Crum & Forster, Consolla directed two unique insurance divisions operating in specialized fields, reinsurance and excess and surplus lines and helped implement the Company’s first successful "expert system" application. He was responsible for the production and profitability of over $900 million in insurance premium volume.

Mr. Consolla holds a B. A degree from St. Bonaventure University, and received his CPCU designation in 1973.


Sanjay P. Agarwal

Mr. Agarwal leads Arjuna’s focus in the technology and international arenas. He has a diverse background ranging from an executive with A. C. Nielsen to establishing his own data processing company.

During his career with A.C. Nielsen, Mr. Agarwal managed numerous aspects of the company’s global marketing operations. In that capacity, he successfully repositioned pricing and posturing of brands across Europe, managed a number of turnarounds in several countries and planned new country start-ups. As President, India Country operations, Mr. Agarwal established a large operating unit overseas; the business spanned the entire country of India, with operations in 25 cities. He was also involved in a number of large acquisitions and post acquisition integration of companies.

As VP, Global Accounts, he managed transactions ranging from $20 to $100 million dollars with several multinational corporations. He was also responsible for managing over $100 million of business across 90+ countries. He provided consulting to Fortune 500 consumer goods companies on international strategy for information technology, marketing, promotion, advertising and acquisitions. As part of a core team, he established a flagship company in Europe and leveraged this to set up European operations in the top 5 European countries.

Mr. Agarwal holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Wisconsin.


Donald L. Firth

Donald L. Firth is an experienced professional with 30 years experience in all facets of financial and operational practices for emerging and growth oriented companies.

Mr. Firth has extensive experience providing crisis and turnaround advisory services to companies in a variety of industries. Functioning as the Chief Financial or Chief Operating Officer, he quickly ascertained the nature of the problems and implemented policies to better manage day-to-day operations to reduce costs and stabilize cash flow.

Prior to starting his own management advisory practice, Mr. Firth held senior management positions in a variety of companies serving the manufacturing, distribution and service industries. As an accomplished financial executive, Mr. Firth prepared and presented budgets, cash flow projections and business plans, and has implemented tracking facilities for company management to monitor their progress against these plans. He also facilitated the refinancing of several companies, including the management of an IPO. While serving in his various management positions and in his management advisory role, his wide ranging operational and administrative skills allowed him to prepare, implement and manage many types of policies, procedures and departments as well as facilitate the conversions of automated systems.

Mr. Firth was educated at Bentley College and holds a B.S. in Accounting.
